We were out the entire day yesterday for a house tripping or scouting. It was a rather exhausting day since the day was very hot, the weather was sultry; can’t imagine how humid it was and the two kids were with us. I almost fainted yet it was so fulfilling that we were able to check on different houses and figure out which one would fit our needs.
Our budget is not so big, and what we really are looking for is houses that are ready for occupancy, where we can move in right away even with lower initial payment. What we have agreed to get is a decent low cost house in a peaceful and very organized subdivision.
The house is small but I would say it’s just enough for the four of us. If rated, I would say that the house is lousily built; the kind of house that could not stand a strong tornado and it’s not even ready for a second floor because its walls are ready fabricated and they do not have posts and strong foundations but we thought we would just renovate the house later on and add posts and foundations to it. Luckily we don’t get tornadoes here.
We like how they make the floor. It’s not tiled yet however it is smoothly finessed. We don’t want are kids to be rolling and crawling on a cold concrete when they play so instead of putting on tiles, we thought of installing carpets on it.
Carpet Professionals
Having thought of carpets, I remember how carpet installers Louisville have fixed the carpet at my friend’s house during my visit in Kentucky. Yes they have trained or shall I say professionals or expert carpet installers. Their installation was perfect; they carpet was properly fitted and not to mention the quality of the carpet they installed was awesome. I wish we have them here; I will surely have their carpets and their professionals to install it.
